'It Takes a Man and a Woman' Hits P32.6-M on the 1st Day!

This is the highest first day gross done by a movie! Yes, the third installment of the John Lloyd Cruz - Sarah Geronimo  movie earned a whooping P32.6-M on the first day! Star Cinema announced this achievement via Twitter. It reads: “P32.6M first day opening gross for It Takes A Man and A Woman! Congratulations everyone!! To God be the Glory.”    The first film of Sarah and John Lloyd, “A Very Special Love,” made P179.3 million in 2008. The sequel “You Changed My Life” grossed P225.2 million in 2009. "It Takes a Man and a Woman" opened on theater on Black Saturday, yesterday, March 30, 2013.

Box Office Results: 'Must Be Love' Grosses P60.74-M in 2 Weeks

The launching movie of Kathryn Bernardo  and Daniel Padilla grossed a P60.74-M in 2 Weeks! The teen romance movie is said to be the highest grossing local film for 2013 by virtue of its P17.9-M haul at the box office last weekend and two-week total of P60.74 million. 'It Takes a Man and a Woman' Gets 'A' Rating from CEB, John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo Take a More Matured Roles

 The third installment of the most successful Filipino movie franchise "It Takes A Man And A Woman," topbilled by Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz, has been given the 'A' grade, the highest rating by the Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB). The Cathy Garcia-Molina-directed film will hit theaters nationwide this Black Saturday (March 30). According to Direk Cathy, the third part of the Laida (Sarah)-Miggy (John Lloyd) love story is a 'level up' of the first two installments. "Iba na 'yung level ng kilig ng part 3. It's not about the same girl who’s giggling over her crush. Sa part 3, we’ve taken it a notch higher na hindi lang basta kilig," she said. "Dito, natuto na sila Laida and Miggy kung paano magmahal.
