Angel Locsin Versus Angelica Panganiban in "One More Try" and Indie Flick "Di Ingon 'Nato" Premiere in Cinema One

 Mainstream cinema and digital film meet this Sunday  (October 27 ) as Cinema One airs the hit romantic drama movie “One More Try” produced by Star Cinema and Cinema One Originals’ horror film “Di Ingon ‘Nato” at  8PM and 10PM respectively. “One More Try”starring Angel Locsin, Dingdong Dantes, Angelica Panganiban and Zanjoe Marudo tells the story of a mother (Locsin) having a terminally ill son. She is forced to reconnect with her child’s estranged father (Dantes) for help. She wants to have another child by him, who can supply their dying child with bone marrow. This daunting process of saving their son, on the other hand, slowly affects and destroys their current relationships. The heartbreaking film won six trophies from Metro Manila Film Festival 2012 including the Best Picture Award. “There was a lot of tension and it kept rising,” said Rappler’s Carljoe Javier. As part of its 20th anniversary celebration, Star Cinema brings together two exciting new screen pairings in “She’s The One”. This movie, which opens on October 16 in more than 120 theaters nationwide, features two-time Best Actor winner Dingdong Dantes in his first-ever team-up and the box office queen Bea Alonzo in a story about two best friends who find themselves pushed into a complicated romantic situation.
